1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AUROBE. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. The Service

AUROBE helps you digitize your wardrobe and get AI-generated outfit suggestions. You upload photos of your outfits; our Service uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI providers) to identify individual clothing items, generate item cards, and produce outfit reviews and recommendations, optionally personalized using local weather and, if you opt in, an AI profile built from a photo of yourself.

AI-generated content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Outfit scores, suggestions, and reviews are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not to your taste. They are not professional styling, fashion, or personal advice, and you should use your own judgment.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload ("Your Content").
• By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service for you, including sending it to third-party AI providers for analysis.
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload Your Content, and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights (including a photographed person's privacy or publicity rights) or any applicable law.
• Do not upload photos of other identifiable people without their consent, or any unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.

5. Credits and In-App Purchases

• Certain features (such as AI outfit analysis) consume "credits," which you can purchase as in-app purchases processed entirely through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple's own terms and payment methods.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Refund requests for App Store purchases should be directed to Apple.
• We may adjust credit pricing, credit costs of features, or introduce/remove features from time to time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates any person's privacy;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying AI models;
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission, or attempt to circumvent credit/purchase mechanisms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as Sections 4–6, 8, and 9) will survive.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated results will be accurate, reliable, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUROBE and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with competent jurisdiction over Xiamen, Fujian Province, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to you.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

您必须年满 13 周岁才能使用 AUROBE。若您年龄在 13 至 17 周岁之间，仅可在父母或法定监护人参与并同意的情况下使用本服务，监护人代表您同意本条款。

二、服务内容

AUROBE 帮助您将衣橱数字化，并获取 AI 生成的穿搭建议。您上传自己的穿搭照片，本服务会使用人工智能（包括第三方 AI 服务商）识别单件服饰、生成单品卡片，并生成穿搭评价与推荐；您还可以选择结合当地天气，以及（如您开启）由本人照片建立的 AI 画像，获得个性化建议。

AI 生成的内容仅供娱乐和参考之用。穿搭评分、建议与评价均由系统自动生成，可能不准确、不完整，或不符合您的个人喜好，不构成专业的造型、时尚或个人建议，请以您自己的判断为准。

三、您的账户

• 您有责任妥善保管账户凭证，并对账户下的所有活动负责。
• 创建账户时您应提供真实、准确的信息。
• 您可以随时在设置中删除账户；有关删除后数据处理方式，请参见我们的隐私政策。

四、您的内容

• 您对上传的照片及内容（"您的内容"）保留所有权。
• 上传"您的内容"即表示您授予我们一项全球性、非独占、免版税的许可，允许我们仅为向您运营和改进本服务的目的，托管、存储、处理并展示"您的内容"，包括将其发送给第三方 AI 服务商进行分析。
• 您承诺您拥有或已获得上传"您的内容"所需的必要权利，且该行为不会侵犯任何第三方权利（包括照片中可识别人物的隐私权或肖像权），也不违反任何适用法律。
• 请勿在未经同意的情况下上传他人可识别的照片，也不得上传任何违法、侵权或不当内容。

五、积分与应用内购买

• 部分功能（如 AI 穿搭分析）需要消耗"积分"，您可以通过 App Store 应用内购买获取，整个支付流程完全由 Apple 处理，并适用 Apple 自身的条款与支付方式。
• 除适用法律或 Apple 退款政策另有规定外，购买通常不予退款。App Store 购买的退款请求请直接向 Apple 提出。
• 我们可能会不时调整积分价格、功能所需积分数量，或增加/下线功能。

六、可接受使用规范

您同意不会：

• 将本服务用于任何非法目的或违反本条款的行为；
• 上传侵犯知识产权或侵犯他人隐私的内容；
• 试图对本服务或其底层 AI 模型进行逆向工程、抓取或干扰；
• 未经我们许可使用自动化手段访问本服务，或试图规避积分/购买机制。

七、终止

您可以随时停止使用本服务并删除账户。如您违反本条款、滥用本服务，或依法律要求，我们可能暂停或终止您的访问权限。按性质应在终止后继续有效的条款（如第四、五、六、八、九条）将继续适用。

八、免责声明与责任限制

本服务按"现状"及"可用性"提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。我们不保证 AI 生成结果准确、可靠或不中断。在法律允许的最大范围内，AUROBE 及其运营主体不对因您使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带或衍生损害承担责任，我们对任何索赔的总责任不超过您在索赔发生前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额。

九、适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则），因本条款产生的争议由厦门市思明区有管辖权的法院管辖，法律另有强制性规定的除外。

十、条款变更

我们可能会不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过更新上方生效日期，并在适当情况下通过应用内通知的方式告知您。条款变更生效后继续使用本服务即视为您接受更新后的条款。
