1. Information We Collect

Account information

• Email address and, if you sign up with a password, a securely hashed password.
• If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, the identity token, your name, and (if you choose to share it) your email address, as provided by Apple/Google.

Style profile

• Nickname, style-expression, age range, occasions, style preferences, and preferences to avoid, which you provide during onboarding to personalize recommendations.

Photos and generated content

• Photos you choose to upload of your outfits, which are analyzed by AI to extract individual clothing items and generate wardrobe item cards.
• If you opt in to "Self-Match," a photo of yourself used to build an AI style/body-type profile that personalizes outfit recommendations. This is optional and can be turned off at any time in Settings, which deletes the associated profile data.

Approximate location

• We infer a city-level approximate location from your device's IP address to provide local weather-based outfit suggestions. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Purchase information

• App Store transaction identifiers and purchased credit packages, provided to us by Apple to grant and reconcile credits. We never see or store your payment card details — all payments are handled entirely by Apple.

Device and push notification data

• Device push token (APNs), app version, and basic diagnostic/crash information, used to deliver notifications and keep the Service reliable.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account, and to authenticate you via Apple/Google Sign-In or password.
• To analyze uploaded photos with AI and generate wardrobe item cards and outfit reviews.
• To personalize outfit suggestions using your style profile, self-match profile (if enabled), and local weather.
• To process in-app purchases and manage your credit balance.
• To send you push notifications about your account, analysis results, and product updates (you can disable these in your device settings).
• To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

To provide the Service, we share the minimum necessary data with the following categories of service providers, who process it under their own privacy and security commitments to us:

• AI image/text analysis provider (OpenAI): uploaded outfit photos and self-match photos are sent for analysis to extract items, generate item images, and produce outfit reviews.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store in-app purchases, and push notifications (APNs).
• Google: Google Sign-In, where enabled.
• Weather data providers: approximate city-level location is used to request current weather conditions for outfit suggestions.
• Email service provider: to send account-related emails (e.g. password reset).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. When you do:

• Your profile information (name, style preferences, self-match profile), sign-in identities, and push notification registration are removed or anonymized immediately, and any linked Sign in with Apple grant is revoked with Apple.
• Purchase and credit transaction records are retained as required for financial reconciliation and legal/tax obligations.
• Photos you uploaded and item images generated from them may remain stored on our servers after deletion for operational purposes. If you would like these permanently removed, contact us at aurobe@onewooai.com and we will delete them within a reasonable time.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• You can review and edit your style profile at any time from within the app.
• You can turn off Self-Match at any time, which deletes the associated self-match profile data.
• You can delete your account as described above.
• You can disable push notifications from your device's system settings.
• If you are located in a region with specific data protection rights (for example, the EU/EEA or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Children's Privacy

AUROBE is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encrypted transport and hashed passwords) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.

购买信息

• App Store 交易标识符和已购买的积分套餐信息，由 Apple 提供给我们，用于发放和核对积分。我们不会接触或存储您的银行卡信息，所有支付均由 Apple 全权处理。

设备与推送通知数据

• 设备推送令牌（APNs）、应用版本以及基础的诊断/崩溃信息，用于向您推送通知并保障服务稳定运行。

二、我们如何使用信息

• 创建并保护您的账户，并通过 Apple/Google 登录或密码对您进行身份验证。

三、AI 处理与第三方服务

为提供本服务，我们会将必要的最小范围数据共享给以下类别的服务提供方，它们会依照与我们的约定处理相关数据：

• AI 图像/文本分析服务商（OpenAI）：您上传的穿搭照片和人物画像照片会被发送用于分析，以提取单品、生成单品图片及穿搭评价。
• Apple：用于 Sign in with Apple、App Store 应用内购买以及推送通知（APNs）。
• Google：在启用的情况下用于 Google 登录。
• 天气数据服务商：使用城市级别的大致位置获取当前天气，用于穿搭建议。

四、数据保留与账户删除

只要您的账户处于活跃状态，我们会保留您的信息。您可以随时在"设置 → 隐私与数据"中删除账户。删除后：

• 您的个人资料信息（姓名、风格偏好、AI 人物画像）、登录身份信息及推送通知注册会被立即删除或匿名化处理，与账户关联的 Sign in with Apple 授权也会同步向 Apple 撤销。
• 出于财务核对及法律/税务义务的需要，购买与积分交易记录会被保留。
• 账户删除后，您上传的照片及由此生成的单品图片可能仍会因运营需要保留在我们的服务器上。如您希望这些内容被永久删除，请联系 aurobe@onewooai.com，我们会在合理时间内完成删除。

五、您的权利与选择

• 您可以随时在应用内查看并修改您的风格画像。
• 您可以随时关闭"AI 人物画像"功能，相关画像数据将被删除。
• 您可以按上文所述删除账户。
• 您可以在设备系统设置中关闭推送通知。
• 如果您所在地区适用特定的数据保护法规（例如欧盟/欧洲经济区或美国加利福尼亚州），您可能享有访问、更正或导出数据的额外权利，可联系我们行使这些权利。

六、儿童隐私

AUROBE 不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，我们不会在知情的情况下收集 13 周岁以下儿童的个人信息。如您认为我们可能收集了 13 周岁以下儿童的个人信息，请联系我们，我们将予以删除。

七、安全

我们采取合理的技术与管理措施（如加密传输、密码哈希存储）保护您的信息。但任何传输或存储方式都无法做到绝对安全，我们无法保证信息的绝对安全。

八、政策变更

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更将通过更新上方生效日期，并在适当情况下通过应用内通知的方式告知您。
